Welcome to our Home Ownership Program!

We currently offer two ways for you to own your own home. One is an immediate purchase, where you own the home immediately, the other is a lease purchase (rent to own).

To purchase one of our homes you need to either pay cash or arrange financing. You can select a mortgage broker or your bank for financing or you can work with one of several outside lenders that we know.

We help our buyers try to access the first time homebuyer and down payment assistance programs. Some of these programs require that you qualify.

The second option we offer is a lease/purchase or rent to own. We take a down payment, and rent the house to you. We give the buyer up to three  years to close to allow the buyer to get a mortgage. The deposit on a "rent to own" goes toward the purchase price and is non-refundable, so be sure that you know you want to buy the home or don't enter into this type of arrangement.
